Contracts

🖊️

In a nutshell, this is what you need to know: To start employing through Remote, you have to sign our Master Service Agreement (MSA) and our Service Level Agreement (SLA). The MSA is a global service agreement and the SLA sets out specific terms related to your company's particular employment situation. Ancillary agreements with your employees related to NDAs, assignment of inventions and intellectual property (IP) remain between your company and your employees.
