Yes, it is. Employees who spend more than 20 hours a week in front of a computer, are open to several health risks including but not limited to: eye strain, ergonomic injuries due to bad posture, repeated movements, musculoskeletal injuries such as neck or back pain and wrist injuries as a result of being seated in a bad position.
Our appointed occupational doctor prescribes:
- One visit at the start of the employer-employee relationship
- Another visit every five years of employment for employees who are less than fifty years of age and every two years for employees above fifty years of age.
