Where will the health check results be stored and who can access them?

The health check certificate will be shared with the employee directly. The employee is responsible for uploading this certificate to the Remote platform.

Frareg as Remote's vendor and data processor, will process the data under provisions of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree N. 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679) and subsequent amendments and additions. Remote as the employer will have access to the employee's health certificate and will maintain all necessary guidelines for data protection under GDPR regulations.
