Why did I receive an email asking for more information about my company?

As part of our compliance process, we have requested some additional documentation to enable us verify your account. This is part of our Know Your Business (KYB) checks.

In some instances, certain features on the Remote Platform are only available once we’ve completed the KYB checks. We aim to complete these checks within 24 hours of receiving the requested details.
