As an employee, to successfully complete your health check with Remote's local Occupational Health Partner, you need to do the following:
- If you have a general practitioner you usually consult with: You are expected to book an appointment with them as soon as possible and have them fill out and sign your medical referral document. You can expense the the cost of the appointment through the Remote platform.
See also: Add an expense. - If you do not have an appointed general practitioner: You are expected to fill out the Self Declaration document provided during your onboarding.
