In the Czech Republic, who pays for the employee's health check?

Since our local Occupational Health Partner needs the health check document in order to issue the legally required certificate, the employee is entitled to expense this cost on Remote. We expect the cost to be between CZK 200 - 600 depending on the employee's residence.
