How are salaries pro-rated in Spain?

In Spain, salaries are prorated based on the days works in a given month. To calculate the prorated salary amount: monthly base salary / 30 * number of days worked (calendar)

For example, if the employee's start date is November 19th, their prorated salary would be their monthly base salary / 30 * 12 days (Nov 19th to Nov 30th).
