All full-time employees in Hungary are entitled to a statutory minimum of 20 days of annual leave a year plus additional days, depending on their age.
How to calculate additional leave days

For example, Dalma is a new employee who is 38 years old. She’s entitled to a base of 20 leave days plus 6 extra days based on her age. In total, she is entitled to 26 days of paid time off per year.
