As an employee, it's important you accurately record the time off taken due to illness. Once you have informed the Customer of your need to take sick leave, this should also be recorded on the Remote platform so we can process your payroll accordingly. To request sick leave:
- Go to the Time off tab of your account.
- Click on the Request time off button.
- On the modal, choose Sick as the Time off type
- Fill out the details of this leave and include a doctor's note if available.
- Click on Request time off to submit.
