Is the reserve refundable?

The reserve can be removed if either of these two conditions is met:

• During a periodic review of your account, your risk profile has reduced due to consistent on-time payments or;
• The employee has resigned or is being terminated, and all related invoices have been paid
• You decide not to hire the employee
