In Canada, we pay employees twice a month, on the 15th and last working day of the month.

  • If you are fully onboarded between the 1st - 11th of the month, you will receive your first salary by the 15th of the same month (as long as you have started work). If you start work after the 15th, you will receive your first salary by the end of the month for the days worked.
  • If you are fully onboarded after the 11th of the month, you will receive your first salary by the 15th of the following month.
