Yes, if specific criteria are met, Remote can reverse the reserve. To appeal a reserve, please send an email to credit@remote.com with the following information:
- financial statements dated in the last 12 months (Income/Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet)
- bank statements for the last 3 months
- if full financial statements are not available, please provide detailed fundraising documentation
- further financial information, such as management accounts and cash forecasts, could help in supporting an appeal decision
