Update: Minimum wage increase in Chile (2023)

Effective retroactively, from May 1, 2023, the minimum gross monthly salary in Chile has increased to:

• $440,000.00 CLP (previously $410,000 CLP) for employees aged 18 to 65
• $328,230 CLP (previously $305,851 CLP)for employees aged below 18 or above 65
