Remote HRIS is a FREE product that allows employers to add, invite, and manage employees hired through their own legal entities in the same platform as Employer of Record (EOR) employees (hired through Remote entities) and contractors. This means you can have all of your HR data and processes in one unified software.
We sometimes refer to employees hired through your own entity and managed with Remote HRIS as direct employees.
HRIS is currently a much simpler product than Employer of Record because, for direct employees, Remote doesn’t handle things like compliance, benefits, or tax withholding for you.
