How do I add employees to Remote HRIS?

After you sign up or log in to the Remote platform, you can add your employees one at a time or in bulk.

You’ll be guided through the add employee flow, with the ability to invite them to onboard at the end. If you are hiring through your own entity, choose My company’s entity. You will use our HRIS product to manage them.

Note: If you need to hire in a country where you don’t have your own entity, choose Remote’s entity. You will use our Employer of Record product to manage them.

Each employee will receive an email letting them know you’ve invited them to join your company on Remote. They will be able to create their own account and will get a custom onboarding checklist to complete.
