Why do I see a team member listed with a benefits package that they expressly waived?

This list only shows that you offered these benefits as an option. The current version of our Benefits hub shows the elective benefits you have chose to offer to employees. If an employee waives their benefits, they will not be enrolled in any benefits plans and you will not be charged for it.
