There is no minimum limit on paid time off days.

For non-exempt employees

There are minimums based on a system of accrual. Employees must work at least 130 hours a month to be entitled to accrued minimums.

Accrued minimums are based on how long an employee has been at a company. For each month of work, they accrue:
• Half a day within year 1 at a company
• Three-quarters of a day between years 1 and 5
• 1 day between years 5 and 15
