How Annual Credits work

Important Notice: Effective July 1, 2025, we will no longer offer new EOR Credit Plans. Your existing credit plan will remain valid until fully used. You can continue to access our services through Order Forms. For questions about your current plan or alternative options, please reach out to your Account Manager.

Annual Credit Plans are the new credit solution that unlocks a lower rate by paying in advance for a longer commitment. Here’s how it works:

• You can commit to a minimum of 10 annual credits which are valid for the duration of your contract term. One annual credit costs $599USD.
• Currently, Annual Credits are only available for our EOR product (employees hired through Remote’s entity with Payroll run by Remote).
• 1 EOR credit = 1 EOR month and can be used over 12 months.
  • For example, 24 credits could efficiently be allocated to:
    • 2 employees for 12 months,
    • 4 employees for 6 months,
    • 12 employees for 2 months,
    • or any other combination
• The validity period for the Annual Credits begins with the start date of the first hire or 6 months after accepting the plan on the Remote platform, whichever comes first.
• Billing for annual credits: Annual credits can be billed at the time of purchase or quarterly (which will incur a 2.5% fee spread out over 4 invoices).
