Can I use my own equity grant documentation?

Yes.

By default, Remote Equity will generate documentation based on the type of equity award (ISO, NSO, SAR), work relationship (direct employee, EoR employee, contractor) and country of tax residence of the grantee. However, if you want to update some specific terms or want to use your own equity incentive documentation, you can inform us at the time of onboarding and we will adapt your default documentation.
