We've made a few changes to how we invoice for your Employer of Record (EOR) service and here's what you need to know:

Layout changes

We've updated the invoice layout for better clarity and tax compliance in PDF format.

Updated invoice line items

We’ve simplified your invoices to make them clearer and fully compliant with tax and accounting standards. Instead of multiple line items and references to pre-funding, you’ll now see a single line item that reflects the total cost of the employment services we provide. To ensure you still have full visibility of the details, you’ll receive a CSV with a complete breakdown of costs alongside your invoice PDF and can access more detailed information on the Remote platform.
This change will help you quickly identify the services you’re being billed for.

  • Example - Invoice line item: Employment Services | Quantity: 1 | Price: $599

Cost breakdown will be attached automatically

We’re moving the detailed cost breakdown into a CSV file attached to your billing emails. This change ensures you have a comprehensive view of all costs as soon as you receive your invoice.

Your CSV will include all the information you need for easy analysis, including:

  • Employee reference
  • Country
  • Type of charge
  • Cost amount and currency
  • Variance against pre-funding charges

You can download these breakdowns from the Billing tab in Remote as usual.
