This article guides you through accessing the Help Center, specifically logging in to your profile, checking the status of your ticket, and tracking the full conversation history.
Accessing the Help Center:
- Visit our Help Center at https://support.remote.com/hc/en-us.
Logging In to Your Profile:
While some of our Help Center articles and resources are publicly accessible, most require a login. Logging in provides additional features, such as tracking your submitted tickets. Here's how to log in to your profile:
- Click on the "Log in" button located in the top right corner of the Help Center homepage.
- This will redirect you to the Remote platform to authenticate you. This will redirect you back to our Help Center.
Checking Your Ticket Status:
After logging in, you can check the status of your submitted tickets:
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the Help Center
- Navigate to the My Activities
- You'll find a list of your submitted tickets with their current status (e.g., Open, Pending, Resolved).
By clicking on a specific ticket within your "My Activities" list, you'll be able to access the complete conversation history. This detailed view includes:
- Your initial ticket description with any attachments you provided.
- All replies and updates from the Remote support team.
- Any additional information you've shared during the conversation.
