Why was my manager reflection reopened after calibration?

After reviewing your assessment, calibrators will decide whether to keep or change your given score. If they change the score, your manager reflection will automatically be reopened.

You'll receive feedback from calibrators about what needs to be updated in your assessment. Make these changes and resubmit your form promptly. While there's no automatic deadline for resubmission, your HR team will monitor completion and follow up as needed. Once submitted, your assessment will be marked as calibrated.
