How will I know when I need to act as a Calibrator?

As a senior leader who is also a calibrator, you'll be notified about your calibration responsibilities in several ways:

• Via email when a Calibration Group is ready for your review
• Through your in-app "Things to do" list in your Company Admin Remote profile
• Through company-wide notifications from your HR/People team

How to access your Calibration Groups:

1. From the Performance tab in the main navigation, click on the Team performance.
2. Click on the Performance Review you want to work on, then go to the Calibration tab.
3. From this page, you’ll see an overview of the calibration groups you’ve been invited to .
