As a People/HR admin, follow these steps to close a calibration group:
- Ensure all required criteria have been met for the group
- Navigate to the calibration group view
- Click Mark as Done
What happens after marking as done?
The outcome depends on whether scores were changed during calibration:
If scores remained unchanged:
- Both self-reflection and manager reflection will be marked as "calibrated"
- Review admins can track completed groups in their dashboard
If scores were changed:
- Self-reflection moves to "calibrated" status
- Manager reflection automatically reopens
- Manager must revise their written assessment to match the new score
- Once manager resubmits, assessment automatically moves to "calibrated"
Note: When scores change, make sure to communicate expected revisions to the manager clearly. No additional calibrator review is needed after the manager resubmits.
