How do equity grants appear in the Remote portal for employees? (My employee cant see same as me)

To ensure the employee can view their equity grant, you need to invite them to their portal. You can do this by navigating to Employee Portals > Invite.

Before sending the invitation, you can preview what they will see by clicking on the eye icon.
