This article helps you stay informed if you are currently in Israel or need to support team members with mobility questions. It includes current advice and relevant embassy contacts.

Current situation

Due to the current situation most flights to and from Israel have been canceled. Some flights operated by Israeli airline El Al may still be available.

Land borders with Jordan and Egypt may close without notice. Local conditions are changing quickly, and it’s important to follow updates from local authorities and your country's consular services.

Mobility queries (including evacuation support, visa processing delays, or urgent travel) please reach out to us at help@remote.com.

What you should do if you are in Israel

Foreign nationals and team members with dual citizenship should:

  • Check their country’s official consulate or embassy websites
  • Sign up for travel alerts and consular updates when available
  • Review the latest travel guidance and evacuation procedures

If possible, try to leave Israel for a country where you hold citizenship. This is the fastest way to continue working safely. If this is not possible, contact Remote. We will assess your case individually.
