We offer Direct Debit pay-in options for US Dollars, Euros, and British Pounds.

ACH Direct Debit (United States / USD)

If your bank account is located outside the United States, you will not be able to setup an ACH Direct Debit. To set up ACH Direct Debit, you can do this from the Payment Methods tab. You will see the option to verify your account using our verification partner, Trustly. This requires you to link your bank account securely using Open Banking to verify that you are the account owner.

Most major banks are supported. However, if you do not see your bank listed on the verification page, please contact help@remote.com. We will conduct a manual verification check on your account to allow you to manually set up ACH Direct Debit on your account.

SEPA Direct Debit (Europe / EUR)

If your bank account is located within the SEPA countries and is a Euro-based account, you can set up a SEPA Direct Debit.

On the Payment Methods tab, you'll see the option to verify your account and add your bank details. We'll send you two micro deposits, which you'll typically receive in 2 - 3 working days. You'll then need to confirm the two amounts on the Remote platform.

BACS Direct Debit (United Kingdom / GBP)

If your bank account is located in the UK, you can set up BACS Direct Debit.

On the Payment Methods tab, you'll see the option to verify your account and add your bank details.

If you do not see the option to set up BACS Direct Debit, please contact help@remote.com. We will conduct a manual verification check on your account first, allowing you to add a direct debit using the micro deposit verification method.
