To see ACH direct debit or SEPA direct debit as an option, your billing currency has to be EUR or USD. If your billing currency is USD, you will have the option to set up ACH direct debit or your credit/debit card. If your billing currency is in EUR, you will have the option to set up SEPA direct debit or your credit/debit card. For all other currencies, you will only see credit/debit cards as an option when setting up a payment method.
We have temporarily disabled the setup of ACH direct debit as a payment method. Alternatively, customers can pay via bank transfer or credit/debit cards for now.
