RTT days are a type of paid time off for employees working over the statutory maximum amount (typically 35 hours per week) in France. As such, RTT days are not considered standard vacation days or congés payés. They are an additional holiday allowance that come with separate rules and regulations, and they are calculated separately from vacation days on your payslip.
