The SLA only applies to customers who sign a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Customers who agreed to our Terms of Service do not sign an SLA for each employee but the employee onboarding process is the same regardless. In every country we operate in, there's a minimum amount of time we require for the employee to be fully onboarded before their start date. We will first need to conduct a right-to-work check (and in some countries, a medical check) before the employee can receive their employment agreement. It's important to note that an employee's questions or any amendment requests might affect how long it takes for the Employment Agreement to be signed.
