What do I do if I'm unable to verify my bank account via Plaid?

Although Plaid doesn't support all banks, when setting up your ACH direct debit it is possible to have your bank account manually verified. You can set this up from the Payment methodstab. To manually verify your account, we send two small deposits (which you will need to confirm) and the entire process takes 1-2 business days.
