Our customers retain full ownership; our role is to remove all of the complexity for you. We own legal entities in all our covered countries, eliminating opportunities for IP risk and ensuring you maintain ownership of what’s yours.
The Remote IP Guard operates as a two-step approach laid down in both the employment agreement and the Terms of Service or Master Service Agreement (MSA). The first step is laid down in the employment agreement and arranges the transfer of IP rights from the employee to Remote. The second step is laid down in the MSA and arranges in turn the transfer of IP rights from Remote to the client.
