What is the difference between this plan and the plan already being invoiced?

The plan that has been in place and invoiced prior to Jun 1, 2021, is the statutorily required Sweden Retirement Pension. This additional plan is an employer-sponsored Occupational Pension Plan, which is aligned with Sweden benefits standards (provided by over 90% of employers in Sweden).
