What if the Employee already completed their Journée de Solidarité prior to being hired through Remote in 2021?

Employees must contribute to the Journée de Solidarité only once per fiscal year.

Therefore, if an employee has already contributed to the Journée de Solidarité in 2021 during their time with their previous employer they will not be required to observe it with Remote in 2021.

In order to be exempted, the employee will be expected to reach out to help@remote.com and provide the corresponding payslip showing that their Journée de Solidarité has been recorded in 2021.
