The 30% ruling is a tax advantage for highly skilled migrants moving to the Netherlands for a specific employment role and it is valid for five years. If you are already on this benefit and starting a new role with a different employer, the benefit cannot be automatically transferred. We will need to initiate the application process for you and this will happen during your onboarding.

It's also important to note that if you have activated the 30% ruling benefit previously, in order to still benefit from this under your new employer, there should be a maximum period of 3 months between ending of your first employment and the signing of your employment agreement with Remote.
