The 30% ruling is a tax advantage for highly skilled migrants moving to the Netherlands for a specific employment role and it is valid for five years. If you are already on this benefit and starting a new role with a different employer, the benefit can be transferred to your new employer through a new application process. Remote will assist with the application process. This process can take up to 13 weeks.

It's also important to note that if you have activated the 30% ruling benefit previously, in order to still benefit from this under your new employer, there should be a maximum period of 3 months between ending of your first employment and the signing of your employment agreement with Remote.
