There are two instances where you may need to change your Remote account password and it is possible to carry out both actions on the platform.

How to reset a forgotten password
- You can reset your password from the login page by clicking on
- You will be asked to enter your email and a password reset link will be sent to you. If you're having a hard time finding the reset password email, please check your junk/spam folder.
How to change your account password
- When you're logged into your Remote account, you can change your password from the
Account preferencestab at the bottom of the page.
- Click on
- Create a new password and save it.
