Change your account password

There are two instances where you may need to change your account password and it is possible to take both actions from the Remote platform:

How to reset a forgotten password

You can reset your password from the login page by clicking on Forgot password?

You will be asked to enter your email and a password reset link will be sent to you. If you're having a hard time finding the reset password email, please check your junk/spam folder.

How to change your account password

When you're logged into your Remote account, you can change your password from the Account preferences tab at the bottom of the page.

  1. Click on Change password.

  2. Create a new password and save it.
