What is the employer pension contribution rate?

Effective 1st January 2022, we upgraded and enhanced our offering for the existing workplace pension scheme in line with UK Auto-Enrolment legislation. With this upgrade, we increased the employer contribution to 4% of the employee's basic annual salary.
