All Remote users now have the option to turn email notifications on or off. To change your preferences:
- At the bottom of your dashboard, click on the 3 dots icon and then choose
Account preferences
. - From the
Account preferences
tab, click on theNotifications
section. - To change your notification preference, click on
Edit
. - Choose your preference, then click on
Save
.
Can specific notifications be disabled?
Remote sends different email notifications. For example, notifications about pending onboarding steps, expense approval requests, review time off requests, etc.
At the moment, it is not possible to choose specific notifications that you'd like to disable. If you decide to turn off email notifications, you will still be notified about pending requests via your dashboard.
