How to submit an employment verification letter request

When you need to request an employment verification or proof of employment, you can do so on Remote: 

  1. Click on the Requests tab.
  2. Click on the New request button then choose Documents


  3. Select Employment letter.


  4. You will be prompted to fill out a form with all the relevant information needed.

Once you submit the request, you will be able to see the request and its status on the Requests tab. You will also receive an email with the details of your request. If there's an error in the details you submitted or need to follow up, you can comment on the details page or respond to the email. When you submit this form, it will kickstart the process internally. A member of our team will reach out to you directly once the letter is ready.
