When the details of an employee’s contract need to be amended, a contract amendment request needs to be submitted on Remote.
To process these changes in the same month's payroll, we need to receive the contract amendment request on or before the 5th of the month. If we receive the contract amendment request after the 5th of the month, the changes will reflect in the following month's payroll. For a contract amendment to be complete, we need to:
- Review the contract amendment request
- Issue a contract amendment to the employee
- Receive the signed contract from the employee
- Process these changes in payroll (if needed)
We have a payroll cutoff of the 10th of every month and receiving contract amendment requests on time will give us enough time for same month processing.
