At Remote, we've made it possible for you to set up and save a payment method on the platform, which allows you to process your invoices faster. These payment methods are:
- ACH Direct Debit
- SEPA Direct Debit
- BACS Direct Debit
- Credit/Debit cards
If your payment method fails because of incorrect billing information, you can edit the payment method on the platform. To change the details of BACS, ACH or SEPA direct debit you've already set up, you will need to delete the payment method first before setting up a new one with the correct details.

To change your credit/debit card details, you can do this from the Company settings.
- From the Company settings page, go to the Payment methods section.
- Click on the 3 dots icon and choose Edit.
- This will modal that will allow you edit the card details you previously saved.
