How does a customer request a pay out of their reward?

When a referral is valid, we will inform the Remote customer via email that their reward is ready to be paid out.

To request the payout:

  1. Click on the payout button in the email.

  2. Log into your referral account.

  3. Go to the Balance section.

  4. Request a PayPal transfer.

  5. The transfer can take up to 1-3 days.
