The Portuguese government has a special regime for remote work, which includes a stipulation that employers are to compensate and be responsible for the performance of remote work. One change to this legislation is that employers must provide remote work compensation for employees who work remotely. We propose a remote work compensation of 50,00€ gross/per employee.
