Why am I being asked to pay for this month’s payroll before the month is over?

The Payroll Pre-funding invoice is based on projected payroll and, in most cases, we expect the Payroll Pre-funding invoice to be less than the total due from the Customer at the end of the month. We issue this invoice on the 10th of each month, with a payment due date for the 17th of the month. If the 10th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be sent on the next business day and the payment due date will be adjusted accordingly. We begin to process salary payments around the 20th of the month because employees in most countries get paid on the 25th. By receiving payment for this invoice early enough, we mitigate any cash flow concerns.
