What happens if an employee asks for more than the advised remote work compensation?

By law, it is not mandatory to offer more than the proposed amount of €50,00/month as remote work compensation. In the event of an employee asking for more compensation than we have advised, the employee has to offer proof (with invoices) that their remote work costs are higher than €50,00/month. We will review their request and if it meets the standards, we will approve it.
