The only difference is that Customers who signed our Master Services Agreement (MSA) will still need to sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Service Order (SO) for every new hire added to Remote. We will also still need to issue contract amendments when needed for such Customers. On the other hand, Customers who accept our Terms of Service will not need to do any of the above.
