How is the course structured?

The course is broken up into two parts:

• General training
• Low risk training.

Each training is four hours long for a total of eight hours. If the course is held in English these two parts corresponds to two different registration links and the second link (low risk training) will be sent out only after the General training has been completed. If the course is held in Italian, the registration link will give access to an eight hour long training, with the general and low risk training part.
