What if an employee wants Remote to pay into their existing pension plan?

To comply with the auto-enrollment legislation, the employee will need to be automatically enrolled into Remote's workplace pension scheme. In the eyes of the pensions regulator, an employee has been correctly enrolled when the pension provider has received both the employee and employer contributions. Once this has taken place the employer has met its auto-enrollment duties.
