Why is my pension contribution not visible on the portal?

With Smart Pension, they will not take payment for contributions for employees who are still within their opt-out period (the opt-out window is 30 days from when we submit the new member’s contribution). Once the opt-out period is over, Smart Pension will collect the pension payment and it will then be visible on your Smart Pension portal. 

This delay in seeing pension contributions on the portal only happens for your first contribution. All other contributions are processed and visible in the subsequent month that the contributions have been deducted from their salary.
