Can an employee start any day of the month in France?

Typically, an employee can start any day of the month, but there are some limitations to be aware of:

• An employee needs to be registered for payroll at least 5 - 8 business days before their start date
• If the employee isn't onboarded before the payroll cutoff, which is the 11th of the month, they will be added to the off cycle payroll run of the following month.
